As the Ceo, Mr Henry believe that move forward with traditional food forward we must innovate and recreate the right dining experience for our customer. Under his strong business acumen and leadership, Kim Lian Kee has walk out of Petaling street and bringing new dining experience of traditional food in the mall. His accomplishment also include in teaming up with YTL to set up Lot 10 Hutong Food Village in KL city Center and also guangzhou. He founded Galeeveurs to follow his dream to help inspire more traditional brands to sustain and move forward together as a team.

Victor Bong

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Grown up in a business family, influence his passion towards business. Seen young he has worked over ten different industry and understand each industry game rule. He chooses F&B industry because he under stands with a lower entry cost and a unique idea he could destruct the game rule in the food business. He started venture into the food industry and created Ten Years restaurant when he gathers all the best recipe traditional brand under 1 roof by systematizing their recipe and create a passive income to the recipe owner through ten years expansion. He was interviewed by media and TVs on this creative unique business model. He always have a dream to lead Malaysia food culture to expand oversea and hope one day everyone could love Malaysian street food as we do.

Dato’ Westin Chew

Chief Branding Officer (CBO)

More than 18 years Experience in brand strategy and has many success brand been developed under Dato. His brand strategy has proven positive result in SME companies. He is also the Managing Director of Golden Pencil International (Branding & Creative Marketing), Managing Director of Golden Pencil Tech Limited (HK). He is talented in branding & creative solution and embarks in his own entrepreneurship at the ages of 21 with success of developing positive outcome for his clients and has developed CBAS and DEA Strategy, which is proven effective in all his branding marketing development for his client in maximizing the core value and positioning of the brand itself. Westin always add value to create blue ocean market gap for client by using the most advance platform of social media or activation.

Jeffrey Hor

Managing Partner

Jeffrey came from a multifaceted career background with over 10 years of experience in the retail and F&B sector. After spending 3 years with LVMH Group, the world’s leading luxury goods company as Brand Manager, he joined Old Town White Coffee in 2007. Jeffrey was one of the pivotal personnel who assisted the company to grow 200 retail outlets across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia by 2012. He then moved on to Hui Lau Shan and in 2 years alone, Jeffrey successfully opened 1 Central Kitchen and 22 outlets. He also administered the brand’s expansion plan and blueprints for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China market. As a Senior Business Development Manager in AUM Hospitality Group (the subsidiary company of Parkson Group), Jeffrey took 12 F&B brands under his wings. He successfully brought 4 brands – Johnny Rockets, Franco, The Library Coffee Bar, and Quiznos into the China market. Jeffrey has an MBA from the University of East London and is currently taking his Chartered Postgraduate Diploma at Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Mark Kenny Douglas

Mark started off his first partnership eatery outlet – The Garden Café inside Jusco departmental store in Mid Valley Megamall back in 1999. After he cashed out in 2000, he then opened his own Mark’s Assam Laksa in One Utama serving traditional penang grub assam laksa, curry laksa and nasi kunyit ayam. In 2009, Mark decided to establish Mark’s Food Solutions Sdn Bhd (MFS) as professional food outsourcing partner. Mark thinks that MFS is a non-competing business that aims to enable food and beverage operators to achieve an efficient and profitable kitchen by offering semi-industrialized cooking methods to reduce labour-intensive and timeconsuming tasks. Mark Kenny’s passion for food and innovative thinking has led to the establishment of Mark’s Food Solutions; a professional food outsourcing partner for today’s F&B businesses. Mark’s philosophy in life is simple – “work for the passion, not for the money” as he believes that if you love what you do, the money will follow.
